Food is fuel for life and running. Changing my diet has changed the way I live, and how I look at food. Fueling with natural, unprocessed foods has given me more energy to keep me going during training, and playing the violin non-stop. Here’s a list of recipes that I’ve tried out, and love. Many are now gluten and dairy free!
